Annual General Meeting Notice 2017
Our 2017 AGM will take place on Sunday 19th February 2017 at 12.00pm in the Hut. Please note: Papers for propositions and nominations must be received by a member of the Committee in writing by 22nd January 2017
Christmas Hut Closure
Our Hut will close on Sunday 8th December and re-open on Sunday 15th January 2017 May I on behalf of our Committee extend to you all our very best wishes for Christmas and the New Year. We hope 2017 will prove to be a good growing year for us all. Lesley Perry (Chair)

Plot re-numbering project nears completion
Our site has undergone a complete new mapping exercise. All plots now have a new address and a dedicated plot number. On each road the plot numbers start on the right hand side beginning with number one. The site has been divided in to 5 areas: Red Zone: Highfield Road...
Chemical Toilet serviced and back in use
The toilet by the Hut has now been serviced and cleaned and is in use again.
Community Pay Back Scheme Starts
Community payback team started on site on Monday 8th August. The plan Is that they clear lanes, trim hedges, clear un-let plots and other jobs that we need doing. They are supervised at all times and will be on site 2 days a week initially.
Japanese Knotweed & Asbestos Mapping Exercise
We need to map asbestos and Japanese knotweed on site. If you have either on your plot please will you let a committee member know. We will pass this information onto the council and hopefully they will sort both problems.
